My transformation started many years ago. Like a lot of my clients, I yo-yo dieted, tried all the fad diets, did the high intensity workouts and cardio, yet nothing was working for me...

I was incredibly frustrated with myself and I punished myself by trying all of these crazy fads that never got me anywhere...

I was embarrassed to hangout with friends

​I drank way too much alcohol to escape my problems

​I drank way too much coffee to get through the day

Until, I decided to take my health into my own hands and become serious about my goals.

Since then, I have lost 80 pounds and built my dream body all while eating the foods I love and working out in moderation. At the same time, working part-time, running a business and being a full time student.

Since Losing the weight and becoming a coach, I had a daughter, I struggled during pregnancy and gained all the weight back. I went on to lose 80 lbs for a second time

I became a top personal trainer at a local high-end gym, while also being a new mom to a beautiful babygirl. I worked there for 2 years before switching to Proedge and starting LIVFIT Inc.

Recently I had another baby - December 1st 2024 and I am now on another weight loss journey. This will be the last one, and I love that I get to be right in it with my clients

Q: How much money is this going to cost?

A: I have different options that vary in price-points ranging from $100-$2000+. In our consult, we will discuss the different choices available to see what works best for you based on your needs and goals.

Q: How much of a time commitment is this?

A: My schedule is flexible which allows me to serve you at your most convenient times. With that said, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are included, along with daily messenger access so you never have to feel alone.

Q: Is this really going to work?

A: The program will work as much as you do. My job as a coach is to help you create a plan that is most enjoyable, convenient and sustainable for you that suits your lifestyle, needs and goals.

Q: Will I need to cut out foods and be very strict?

A: My passion is helping people achieve their goals without the need to cut out their favorite foods or majorly restrict any food groups. Any plan that is too strict will not be enjoyable or sustainable in the long-term.
