My mission is simple:

Why I Created This Program

 

Fitness once completely changed my life.

Before becoming a mom, I lost over 70 pounds. Movement gave me confidence, structure, and a version of myself I was proud of. It wasn’t just weight loss — it was becoming stronger, happier, and more capable.

Then I became a mother.

After my first pregnancy I gained 85 pounds, but once I started moving again I felt like myself. Over 18 months I rebuilt my strength and loved the process.

But my second postpartum journey was different.

Even though I was still disciplined and still working out, I didn’t feel like myself. Hormones, stress, and the mental load of motherhood hit me in ways I never expected.

For a year, I stopped asking “What workout should I do?” and started asking “Why don’t I feel like me?”

That’s when everything shifted.

I focused on regulating my nervous system, healing emotionally, reducing stress, and moving my body in a way that supported me instead of punishing me.

And slowly, I came back to myself.

Stronger. Calmer. More grounded.

Because for moms — especially high-achieving moms — health is never just calories in versus calories out.

It’s identity.
It’s hormones.
It’s nervous system regulation.
It’s learning how to be a mother without losing yourself.
